Francesco Rizzo
Francesco Rizzo graduated at the University la Sapienza of Rome with an experimental thesis in Comparative Private Law, with a part of the research activity carried out at the Utrecht Universiteit.
He obtained a Master's degree in European Private Law at the University la Sapienza of Rome. He is enrolled in the Rome Bar since October 2013.
After gaining considerable experience in civil litigation and compliance (privacy, antitrust, etc.), he specialized in Intellectual Property and Innovation Law and in particular in the activities of identification, protection and enhancement of the intangible assets of companies as well as in activities related to incentives and incentives for innovation (Patent Box, Tax Credit Research, Development, Innovation and Design, Industry 4.0, etc.).
He is the author of the book "Know-how - Quello che le Imprese non dicono...” (Rubbettino, 2022).
He is Mentor and Expert in several acceleration programmes for start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises
